Tovel Nordic Road Briefing AB (Org.nr 559418-7302, Vasagatan 28, 111 20 Stockholm, Sweden) operates tovelnordicwhrl.autos as a static informational website. We design our pages so you can research Scandinavian driving itineraries, charging fallbacks and winter road preparation without creating an account or submitting personal data through web forms.

Tovel Nordic Road Briefing AB is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for any personal data processed in connection with this site. You can reach our privacy team at [email protected].
2. Client-Side Briefing Builder
The route briefing note builder on our Ask A Question page runs entirely inside your browser using local JavaScript (`Clipboard API` and `Blob` download). None of the text you enter into that tool is sent to our servers unless you choose to copy it and email it to us yourself.
3. Direct Email Correspondence
If you email us at [email protected], we process your email address and the contents of your message strictly to reply to your inquiry (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR legitimate interest in responding to reader questions). We retain correspondence for up to 12 months before routine deletion.
4. Standard Web Server Logs
When your browser requests a page from `tovelnordicwhrl.autos`, our hosting infrastructure automatically records transient technical log entries (IP address, request timestamp, requested file path, HTTP status code and user-agent string) to prevent abuse and maintain network security. Log files are rotated and purged within 14 days.
